Messages that can't be delivered (wrong number, shopper opted out) still count; failures on our end (like a misconfigured template) don't.

Yes. Click "Match my theme" and Wapsi reads the colors, corners, and font from your live theme and styles the widget to match — one click, with a live preview. Prefer to set it by hand? You can pick every color yourself. Either way, there's no theme code to touch.
Yes — cancel from inside the app whenever you like. You keep Pro right through to the end of your billing period, so you're never cut off partway through a month you've already paid for.
We'll warn you in the admin as you approach the cap. New signups still go in your subscriber list — they just don't get the WhatsApp message until your next billing period. Sending more than 2,000 a month? Email us and we'll sort out the volume you need.
Yes — you need a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP). We currently support Zoko. You bring your own credentials; you stay in control of your number.
